This is fucking stupid. Another example of "they're just smokers, harshing their craptastic habit is good for them." As usual, the air and the water is filled with carcinogenic blugh, but as soon as someone lights a ciggy, they're INFLICTING CANCER ON INNOCENT GRADE SCHOOLERS and setting off worse asthma attacks than say, being stuck on public transit next to people wearing tons of perfume, which is just cool with everyone.
I've seen what barristas at Starbucks have to go through and frankly if they want to spend short breaks outside smoking cigs, smoking weed, throwing gookies while doing jumping jacks and singing O Canada, it's cool by me. It's just inordinately cruel that the same company that'd put its employees through "frappucino happy hour" and hours of Christmas music, would deny them the ability to light up vaguely outside their work.
