minion/minionim n. The quorum of disposable henchmen needed to launch an evil organization. You need at least 9 qualified underlings, although the exact qualifications vary by genre (gnoll marauders, owns black turtlenecks and SMGs, etc.). The minimum requirement is that at least some of that number must never actually have a name. If you have less than a minion, you are not entitled to brag about your army of evil or how even now your men are standing by to enact your schemes.
eg; La Tuba del Muerte is not an evil organization, they are four named supervillains who wield the power of incredibly bad mariachi music. As soon as they gain a manager and five roadies, they may qualify as an evil organization.
