You have basically orange juice and pop. A vaguely okay beverage which gives you some useful vitamins, even if this particular variety has been reconstituted and frozen and reconstituted again until it's a pretty mild version of this thing, freshly-squeezed orange juice. Versus a remarkably unhealthy drink which can seem fairly good especially if/because it's been marketed at you pretty constantly.
But what if you don't want either? What if what you really need is iron, or if you have a UTI, and cranberry juice would be really good about now?
