Fetchling Ranger (possibly Dusk Stalker archetype, but I actually don't think it gets you that much more than ordinary Rangers)

20 point build - Str 12, Dex 18, Con 15, Int 12, Wis 9, Cha 8. At 4th and 8th level increase Dex, so Dex = 20 by 10th level.
