Rush is obviously a Bard specializing in Performance (Oratory), but that taxation beast he's fighting? I figure it's gotta be about CR10, with each successful attack taking 1d8 gold pieces from adventurers bedecked with wands, +4 Belts of Strength, multiple Ioun stones, +2 keen weapons, +3 armors, etc, etc, etc.
This is an increase from the days of 3.5, in which taxation beasts only took 1d6 gp from similarly wealthy adventurers.
