The usual comments about James Horner writing the soundtrack for Klingons versus Predator got me wondering what sort of scenario might be involved in Klingons versus Yautja.
The characters' Bird of Prey intercepts Federation emergency transmissions from a planet in the Neutral Zone, and heads there at top speeds in hopes of capturing Federation materiel or agents. The characters will have only a limited amount of time to do this before the Feddies show up with some sort of rescue mission, and about the last thing the players want is to incriminate the Empire, or for that matter get into a running gun battle with Federation spec forces. Once on the planet, they find the Federation spy station's been raided by something which has systematically killed the spies - these guys were tough customers, so whatever it was must have been badass. Possibly the "whatever it was" could take out fellow Klingons, enough that tracking and destroying the Predator becomes a matter of honor.
I also thought that a Predator spoof could be a good element in a Paranoia game - except, of course, instead of the stereotype of hunters as "noble, honor bound types with a bond to their prey," you'd play with the stereotype of hunters as "slightly soused upper middle class types with entirely too much money, lots of weapons, and not necessarily the best shots in the world." So the PCs would track down their dangerous prey by, say, the long trail of alien beer cans.
Lastly, I was thinking about the re-vamp Trek movie. This opens up infinite potential for games, because you can send them through the plot of any old-skool Trek episode. Now there's no guarantee that the Enterprise crew were the guys on the scene for it - and in a subtly different universe, how the scenario plays out might be subtly different. What if the characters find the Botany Bay lost in space, but their ranks don't include someone sypathetic to Khan? What do the characters do faced with the events of "The Balance of Terror," but when they know darn well that Romulans are kin to Vulcans in subtle ways? And so on.
