Pointing to the wrecked Sandcrawler, Obi-Wan says, "And these blast points, too accurate for Sandpeople - only Imperial Stormtroopers are that precise."

Wait a moment! Tatooine is rural nowhere! The sort of place where Luke and his buddies routinely tried to snipe Womp Rats (and they're not much larger than 2 meters) on the run, from the air. It's basically Space Modesto. Not only is Tatooine a rural nowhere where people might get really good at shooting things for cheap food or because there's not much to do other than take potshots at stuff, but it's a world with three sapient species, none of which especially like each other, and if the Expanded Universe is to be believed full of swoop gangers and goodness knows what. There are probably lots of people who are good shots on the order of Imperial Stormtroopers, especially against a big slow moving vehicle.

Okay, so admittedly Obi-Wan knows exactly what's going on and he's basically trying to shock Luke, but that's still a pretty dumb thing to say.
