The Great Bacta Run

The good news; Rebellion capital ships damaged in a major space battle were able to escape to a Rebel base on an ice planet nearby. The planet features not one, but two Rebel bases - one pretty major, and the other basically a glorified observation post. The observation post is hidden in an area full of glacial crevices and the damaged ships were able to go hull-down for repairs in these glaciers, and there's been enough warning of the incoming Imperial task force that the main base has been able to raise shields, requiring a costly ground assault. With luck, the defenders will be able to decoy the Imperials into thinking that they're the only base on the planet and keep the attacking force occupied until the capital ships can be repaired and escape.

The bad news; the capital ships suffered a lot of casualties, casualties who could be quickly healed with bacta which the ships don't have, and neither does the second base (it's an observation post, after all). While it's possible for the main base to send bacta in tubes to the post and the downed ships, Imperial surveillance would pick up on repulsorlift and sub-light engine signatures immediately. A batch of sleds pulled by some of the local creatures won't show up on any scans, so that's the solution. A small group of heroic, stupid, desperate or simply promotion-hungry Rebels must make the overland journey within a week despite sub-zero temperatures, hungry predators, thin ice, and avalanches. Strict radio silence is necessary, so the characters won't know the base and its hidden ships are still under Rebel control until they actually show up.

The really bad news; there's only one Imperial who's really noticed the characters at all and he's not reporting it to HQ. This is because he's an Emperor's Hand.

Alternate scenario; this could be on a swamp or water planet, riding on the backs of gigantic local cetiforms or using unpowered small craft to get the precious bacta to its destination.
